  • Strict application of barrier gestures at all times within our agencies and in external meetings
  • Wearing a mask is MANDATORY in our premises and during external meetings (during visits to real estate in particular)
  • Respect for the social distance of 2m between each person
  • No physical contact (hand tightening, etc.)
  • Only one person at a time is allowed to enter our agencies (except for minor children requiring the permanent supervision of an adult)
  • 1 unique space in our agencies specially fitted out to accommodate our customers
  • No carpooling (Our visitors are invited to travel on their own, and in limited number)

We will favor the delivery of documents by electronic means (Emails, Whatsapp …) rather than by paper support.

The toilets of our agencies are not available to the public and are reserved for the sole use of NEW PLACE staff.

In external meetings, especially during visits of real estate (whether the property is occupied or not)

  • No carpooling (Our visitors are invited to travel on their own, and in limited number)
  • Wait outside the accommodation for its preparation and enter it only after being invited
  • Wearing a mask is MANDATORY
  • No physical contact (hand tightening, etc.)
  • Respect for the social distance of 2m between each person*
  • Carry out the visit in the shortest possible time*
  • Do not touch any surface in the housing (handles, walls, furniture… etc…)
  • Wash your hands with hydroalcoholic gel before entering the accommodation*
  • Wash your hands with hydroalcoholic gel when leaving the accommodation
  • Respect the health and safety instructions which will be sent to you by your NEW PLACE agent

The restart of our activity and the reopening of our agencies to the public is carried out in compliance with the health protocol imposed in order to best protect all of the stakeholders of our profession.
