What is a LCE estate?
The low consumption house, LCE, is more economical and brings an additional comfort to your everyday life.
LCE (Low Consumption Estate) is a label acquired when the energy consumption is less than 50kW/m²/year. The goal is to reduce the energy consumption and the emission of greenhouse gases.
The usage of the ECD (Energy Conversion Devices) is a fundament of the estate energetic consumption.
The advantages of LCE buildings :
Due to its reinforced thermal insulation and its double glazing windows, the LCE house avoids the moistures issues, and reduced its heat losses. It can also be build with temperature control materials which enables the coolness increase during summer and better heat retention in winter.
ECD advantages are also with regards to energy savings (bills divided by 4 or 5).
If your house meets these criteria, you can benefit from advantageous tax measures such as an ad valorem tax exemption for 5 years, as well as regional or departmental grants.
